The events of the novel revolve around a famous painter called «Alicia Berenson», who lives an ideal life, accompanied by her husband, a photographer who specializes in the world of fashion and fashion, in a large house with large windows overlooking a garden in one of the most desirable areas in London, and one evening. (Theo Faber) is a psychotherapist who specializes in psychological cases of a criminal nature, but you get a long way to get an opportunity that is not the opportunity to work with Alicia, and persuade her to talk about the answer to the most prominent question, why was she killed? her husband?
His intent to get her speaking and revealing speed is also psychic.
This novel, critics say, deserves a read more like a character study than a psychological thriller, the silent patient.
