Judgment and Proverbs: It is the oral literature of any people. It is transmitted by tongues from generation to generation and from era to era. It is the result of the experience of fighting with reality, and friction with life. It is a filter for the minds and hearts of people – its producers – and the Kurdish people, like other peoples of the region and the world, have produced Some of these rulings to form together (along with the rulings and proverbs of other peoples) a global popular culture replete with meanings, ideas and contents that summarize its experience with its surroundings and environment, and express its privacy, traditions and customs. As for the Kurdish rulings and proverbs, of which we will quote some of them, it should be noted that some of them may be similar to their counterparts. Arabic, Turkish, Persian or even Indian because of the common historical coexistence up to the present time in the same region and because of the geographical overlaps, trips, travels, conquests, wars and migrations that this region was subjected to, so that some of these judgments and proverbs are not only similar, but also coincide for the same reasons mentioned..
